Ordering and prices

Orders are placed in English. Please review product descriptions, sizes, quantities and your delivery details before paying; you can correct items in your basket before submitting your order. Prices are shown in GBP. Applicable delivery charges and the total payable are displayed at checkout.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We accept your order when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for it. This does not affect your cancellation rights.

Delivery and returns

Our supplier partners dispatch products directly to you. Nuzzle & Notch remains your contact for order enquiries, cancellations, returns and refunds. Our Shipping policy and Returns and refunds policy explain delivery and cancellation arrangements. Contact us before sending a return so we can give you the correct supplier address.

Product use

Check measurements, ingredients and product instructions to decide whether an item is suitable for your pet. Supervise use where appropriate and stop using damaged items. Product images may vary slightly in appearance between screens. Goods must still match their description and meet your statutory rights.

Your rights and information

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If something goes wrong, email us with your order number so we can work with you to resolve it. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. You can save or print these terms for your records.
